I've had mine for three weeks now and it's already starting to darken beautifully where my keys rest. The waxed finish catches the light just right, and the bottom has enough structure to hold everything without collapsing.

The leather’s natural oil finish already feels more supple than my old leather tray, and it holds my daily pocket junk without looking cluttered. It’s exactly the right size for my nightstand.

I’ve been tossing my keys, wallet, and earbuds into this every evening since it arrived, and the natural oils make the leather feel broken-in right out of the box. The patina is already starting to show on the corners after just a week of use—exactly the kind of aging I was hoping for.
