Ella ★★★★★

I was blown away by the depth of Tom Lea’s research—the detailed maps and illustrations throughout really bring the ranch’s early history to life. The slipcases on both volumes feel durable and premium, perfect for displaying on my coffee table.

Joseph M. ★★★★★

The two-volume set is hefty and beautifully printed, with Lea's own illustrations and maps that really bring the ranch's history to life. I've been slowly working through the first volume, and his storytelling makes the myths and facts both fascinating.

Hannah F. ★★★★★

Tom Lea's firsthand knowledge of the ranch really shines through in the detailed historical accounts and his own illustrations. I’ve been reading a chapter each night and feel like I'm getting the true story behind the legend. It's a substantial set that makes a handsome addition to the coffee table
