Zoe ★★★★★

The mesquite handle has this warm, earthy grain that makes it feel like a piece of the ranch itself, and it's balanced perfectly in hand. I've already used it on a few small snapper, and it slices through clean every time. Just a beautiful, functional tool I'm glad I grabbed.

Grace ★★★★★

I’ve used it on a few big bass so far, and the blade keeps its edge better than I expected for a fillet knife. The mesquite handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand, even after cleaning a dozen fish.

The mesquite wood handle is what sold me—it’s got that rich, earthy grain you can’t fake, and it fits my hand like it was carved for it. I’ve used it on a few saltwater trips now, and the blade stays sharp through multiple fish without needing a touch-up. It’s a piece you’ll want to pass down, hones
