Handmade in Texas by the master bootmakers at Rios of Mercedes, every pair is certified strike-resistant against venomous Western Diamondback Rattlesnake bites with zero fang penetration. It pairs heavyweight American bison leather with full grain steer hide shafts and a strike-resistant barrier of 1000-denier Cordura, lined with soft, American-tanned cowhide. An 18” shaft guards to the knee, while a heavy-duty brass YKK zipper ensures a secure fit. Underfoot, a Vibram “V Crepe” outsole delivers lightweight shock absorption, grip, and long-wearing comfort. It’s finished with a removable cushioned insole, covered in full grain leather and custom-stamped with the Running W.
